Where's the 11r Editor? Do I really need to "register" for Avid's mailings?

I already have an Avid account. 11r + PT12, perpetual license. Do I really need to "register" to download the editor? Or is it somewhere buried in my account?

You can put any email address and you'll get the download in the next page.

They also require a phone number, which they should have anyway since I have an Avid account. It seems like a corny attempt to get people on some list.

Anyway, I put ALL bogus info (as in nonsense, not someone else's info), and it still worked. All the more reason to do away with the mailing list angle and just put the download in our accounts, where it should be.
