mother board help
Okay so I mainly run PT on my macbook but I have installed PT 7.3 on my pc. I only use my pc for PTs for some plugins I have on it that I haven't got for my mac yet. But it runs slower than Shhhhh.. I have to deactive plugins that i added in the mac just to have enuff processor power to use it in pc. My pc is a personal built pc with a k7v+ mother board running @ 2.4 or 2.8ghz and 1 gig ram. My question is does any1 know of a good motherboard cpu combo out there that works with no probs to handle PT and plugins?

Re: mother board help
A Q6600 will run a far bit less and easy clock to Q9550's 2.8GHz...
