Intel High Definition Audio ???

Someone mentioned in a previous post that Intel High Definition Audio is a bad idea to have on a Pro Tools LE computer. Two quick questions:

1) What is the problem with having "Intel High Definition Audio"? I've looked all over the Digidesign website, and I haven't found any reference to this issue.

2) If it is a 'no no', then how do I disable it? not use it? etc?

On my mother board (ASUS) it seems to work fine. If you want to turn it off its in the BIOS settings (or it is on the ASUS anyway).
