Hopefully.
Mojave compatibility was supposed to be in 2019.1 but that got postponed for various reasons. Something like that could be a good guess this time as well

Protools 2019.12 just dropped a day or two ago that provides initial Catalina compatibility (Some video import issues exist). Be sure top read the release notes before proceeding.
