Default Command 8 strange fader

My command 8 has one fader that plays up. It jitters ocasionally, when its at +12 on the command 8 its only at -2.1 in PT. Anyone here care to help me out what i could do to fix it please. Fingers crossed someone can

Thanks in advance

Have you tried calibrating the faders? Look in the Utility menu on the Command 8 and follow the fader category to get to the test and calibration functions.

Parroted on my iPad with Tapasquawk.

I had a similar problem on my M-Audio Project Mix IO. I'm not sure if the Command 8 uses the same faders or not, but my issue was a loose connection. If calibrating it doesn't help, you might want to pop it open and disconnect/reconnect the fader.
