PT Ultimate perpetual REINSTATE still possible?

I cannot find any clear official statement from Avid regarding
the prices or even future possibilities for a REINSTATE (here 12.71 HD)
of a PERPETUAL License after 1.July. ( not interested in any rental version)




1. Is it still possible after 1. July ?


2. How much after 1.July ?




any clear word or a link to the official statement welcome.

I made a thread here asking this question. Avid representative Jeff answered me saying yes, business as usual with Perpetual Reinstatements for HD/Ultimate users after July 1st ($999.)

The thread was deleted less than 24 hours later and my original question was moved into the big thread. Jeff's answer was not.

Real shady avid. We've spend thousands on perpetual HD licenses and you're treating us like this.

edit: I opened a support ticket around the time of the original announcement asking the question and was told the same thing. I encourage you to do the same to see you if get the same answer. I will be re-opening my ticket closer to July 1st requesting confirmation of their position.
