Artist Mix Encoder Sensitivity

Does anyone know of a way to adjust the sensitivity on the Artist Mix encoders? I find that I'm often wanting to adjust aux send levels, and volume at the same time on particular FX tracks. The sensitivity of the knobs feel a little sluggish. It's rare that I can raise the level to the desired volume at a steady rate. Since stopping and turning it again sounds bumpy, I end up having to do two passes instead (using flip mode to control the send volume). If there is no way to adjust the sensitivity, any workaround ideas would be appreciated.

Sorry there isn't. The current ballistics were thought to be a good balance and liked by most. It was faster in 3.4.1 but nobody liked that.

I always thought the best solution would be to have user adjustable controls for speed and acceleration, simply because you will never please everybody with one pre-defined ballistics setting.

Having said that, the current setup is pretty good.

I wonder if it's a problem with my board. It's hard for me to believe that the majority of users would find what I'm experiencing to be okay. The sensitivity for panning is great, and also for plug in parameters. I really only have problems when I'm using the encoders for send levels.
