Exported stems play 1000 samples later than the original

Hi - I've got to export stems from my PT 8 M-powered 8.0.3 system for my partner to import into Logic. We've noticed the stems I send to him play later than the other tracks. When we zoom out we see they're anywhere from 1000 - to 3000 samples behind the other tracks (which were also exported from my system which makes this even more confusing). To test if the problem was with my exporting or his importing, I exported a track and imported it back into my project and the same 1000 sample delay is still apparent. What could be making the export later than the original track? I've exported at 48k and 44.1k and the problem still exists. I should note that the session is at 44.1K and the original track I'm exporting is at 48K. Confusing, I know. Could there be a delay introduced during the sample rate conversion?

More likely you have plug-ins on the mix buss which is introducing the delay.

Hi - I never got an email saying there'd been a response to my post. Sorry. The plugins are disabled but maybe I'll try deleting them completely. Thanks for replying!
