Best midi timing interface ?

Hi Everybody,
I need an advice: which interface has most
exact timing? I`m using PTLE on PC as audio
only and Cubase 2.8 for midi.Now all my moduls connected to Midiman 2/4 interface and
timing is a real headache.I tried different
software and found that it`s not the matter
of the problem.
