Is there anywhere I can go to find out what the differences in features are between the different versions of the software? I have heard that LE and M-Powered are the same.

Reasons to buy M-Audio:

Can be cheaper than LE.
You may already own an M-Audio interface.
More interfaces are available to work with M-Audio.
M-Audio interfaces work with other programs.

Reasons to not buy M-Audio:

There are some limitations in the software, it's apparently not exactly the same as PTLE . However, it's very close.
You get no Free Software Bundles when you purchase like you do in LE.
Things that don't work with M-Audio: DV Toolkit, Digi Translator....

It was made to expand PT's user base on the low end. M-Audio is apparently going to go heavier on the MIDI side of things.
