bug report: wide meters mode

Ctrl-alt-start-clicking on the narrow meters when in "narrow mix" view causes the meters in the FIRST CHANNEL to get wider and narrower. It doesn't seem to matter which channel you click on, it's always the first channel's meters that change.

The behavior is normal when narrow mix view is turned off. Then, ctrl-alt-clicking on the wide(r) meters causes each of those meters to get still wider (or return from extra-wide to their normal wide state).

Probably low priority, in the global scheme of bugs, but it seems like it should be pretty easy to fix.
