Default Any last iLok hints??

Just got a new 1814 and PT M-Powered. Installed everything as requested. Plugged in my iLok. Green light comes on. Shows up fine in the System Profiler (under USB it lists iLok), but when I start up PT, it says no iLok is found. I went and registered at iLok.com and ran their synchronization, but it also says no iLok found.

This is on a G5/2.0GHz dual-core running OSX 10.4.4

I'm assuming this means the iLok was DOA, but thought someone might have seen something similar in the past...

thanks

Just a follow up. It was a dead iLok, straight out of the box. Replaced and everything is running fine.
