Firewire Solo -- it Works with the Demo
While the Firewire Solo is not specifically mentioned, the drivers for the Digi / M-Audio Firewire drivers seem to be compatible with the M-Powered Demo.
A decent and affordable firewire solution for basic home recording. The preamp isn't as good perhaps as the Mbox, but the performance of Firewire should be far superior, especially on modest Macs. I tested this on my Powerbook G4 1.5 12", 512, Internal Drive only, OS 10.3.8, no tweaking at all. Regards, Markus |

Re: Firewire Solo -- it Works with the Demo
any word if the Solo works with the full system? im helping a friend get a system and we are debating over two unsupported systems FW audiophile and FW solo which the FW-AP works both in demo and full versions... now looking for confirmation on FW solo working with the full version (works in demo from reports)
