Eleven Rack Stereo Delay Trouble

Hi Everyone,

I've searched high and low, but cannot find the answer to this.

I just got an Eleven Rack with the expansion pack. I've got the stereo delay pulled up, but I only hear it in mono, even with the delay spread wide. On the Air Dynamic Delay, I hear ping-ponging going on in stereo, but not the Dyn Delay in the Eleven Rack window.

Any help would be appreciated.
