PT 9.0.5 update lost Eleven rack expansion

Hope this has not been addressed already, but I recently installed PT 9.0.5 on a Mac Pro 10.6.8. I have an eleven rack with the expansion pack and it seems that I have lost the expansion pack amps and effects. They come up with a strange icon in the eleven rack window, I cant bypass the effects, etc. Any ideas?

Reinstall the first part of the ERXP that updates the plugins needed to display the 11R window in PT, no need to update the firmware again so delete the folder that get placed on your desktop after you run the first section.

I recently had to reinstall PT8.0.5 after a change of hard drives on the pooter and I had the same thing occur with regards to the strange icons in the 11R window. Other's have reported the same thing so you aren't alone .

Benoni's response is spot on, I did the same thing and was up and running.

Please, can someone send me the installer, I have the same problem. Protools ripped off my ERXP plugin and I lost my installer.

Hell trying to get it back from Avid.....

just log in to your Avid account and download it.
