Logic Rocket is better for sequencing than PTLE, and that's free! Just use that (it's so easy) and then import the general MIDI files into PT, or synch the two up, and work that way.

to IOP Drummer - What is Logic Rocket and where does one get it? Is it from Emagic? I searched the Emagic website but couldn't find it.
Thanks,
Chris

Step recording has not yet been implemented. Although I would imagine it will be introduced in a future release, I have no idea as to when that may be.

Brent,

Thanks for your reply.

I don't know if you're an arranger, but i'd like you to know that midi step recording is as important and basic as quantize to us...

...and it's not so difficult to implement as it's an extension to the "wait for note" command.

Please listen to your users...
