Comp Crashed, How Do I Reinstall PT 12.5?

Hi,

I had PT12.5 on my computer when it crashed and the hard drive had to be wiped clean, so now need to re-install PT.

I had the Support Plan, but inadvertently let it lapse. Am I SOL?

How do I re-install on my computer? I no longer have the product code I got when I first purchased and registered the product. Am I SOL?

Did you register the software? Your should be able to log onto your MyAvid account>MyProducts and find the download. As a "smart strategy". I would get a cheap USB drive(500GB is plenty) and save every piece of software you download to that drive. I would also get a drive imaging program like Paragon Backup&Recovery or AOMEI Backupper(both have free versions) and save a drive image when things are working great. That way, the next time you have a crash(or get a virus, or have an update go sour....), you can restore your computer easily(and not have to start from scratch)
