PT9 Lincese not delivered to iLok
Hello,
I activated the PT9 crossgrade and got this message: Pro Tools LE to Pro Tools 9.0 Crossgrade iLok id: XxxxXxxxxx 08/06/11 Licenses: Pro Tools 9 Please visit www.ilok.com to retrieve your licenses! But the license is not on the iLok account. It keeps on saying: You have no available licenses to download. [Check again] I waited some time, but this is my second day clicking on Download Licenses and "Check again". I verified if I typed the username correctly, but it's correct. I've been wondering if it is that the license take even more time to arrive, but I though it was a rather fast process. I tried to seek for support but they charge about $40 for that and I just paid for the Crossgrade, I'm supposed to be able to get my product without having to pay them again. I'm I forgetting something? Will it just take more time to arrive? What can I do? Thank you ~Kair |

I looked at your account, and it looks like you transferred the Pro Tools 9 license to your iLok today. Maybe that was after your forum post.

I just checked back my account and it still says:
Download Licenses Software vendors may send licenses to you so that you can use or try out their products. From here you can download these pending licenses to any registered iLok. Once a license is downloaded, you may use the corresponding software product. You have no available licenses to download. [Check Again] I tried in other browsers, but still no license. Just out of curiosity... How can you look into my account without my email (I forgot to use the same email as my Avid account and used my usual mail for the forum) and my i Lok ID (I changed my ID for X's)? O_O |

It worked! :) I checked the iLok account once again and it didn't let me in 'cause it was under maintenance. Then when I logged in it says I had to update my software. I did, and THEN it finished some process (failed transfer) and the license was transferred to my iLok. It looks like, 'cause I couldn't see it either on the account or the iLok I though it was not sent by Avid, but I was wrong. :)
