How do I revert back to 7.4.2
I upgraded my LE system to 8 and know I get random static on the outputs. Never happened with 7.4.2. What's the easiest way to revert back? (I did not do a time machine save unfortunately)

Re: How do I revert back to 7.4.2
Inside your Digidesign folder, go to Pro Tools, then Pro Tools Utilities, and you will find the uninstaller. If you choose "Safe Uninstall", you actually get to keep all the new plugs from Pro Tools 8. After "safe" uninstalling, you can just reinstall 7.4.2 and its cs2~ That's what I did since PT8 is causing some GUI problems with my Breverb, TH1, and Toontrack Superior 2..., but at least I get to use those new plugs in 7.4.2~

Re: How do I revert back to 7.4.2
I think "cs" stands for "customer service", basically update that fixes some bugs, so always recommended~ ^^
