Since I brought up ghost tracks. My first experience singing in a nice studio was a real joke. The first take I said "I cant hear myself enough"
Five takes later the engineer is ripping wires out of the patch bay. A couple takes later the engineer comes in the vocal booth puts on my phones, the assistant hit play/record, and they looks at me pissed. "You can't hear that" he said I said " I only said I could not hear myself enough the first take dude" They recorded me on two channels lol |

The best one I know of is on Hey Jude, just before the big buildup and scream, McCartney hit a clunker on the piano (which I don't really hear) and yells out "f**king hell!" I've always heard it, just didn't know what was being said. Apparently the censors couldn't tell either...
