HDX and Accel on same Mac Pro?

Can one have both HDX and Accel running (not at the same time, hehe) from one and the same computer? To be more precise, can I install both HDX card and Accel cards (or actually Magma chassis card) into one compatible Mac Pro? And then boot Pro Tools 10HD HDX from hard drive 1 and Pro Tools 10HD Accel from hard drive?

I would of course need one (at least) audio interface from both. But I think even I have ordered HDX that I will need Accel system for a long time for plug-in compatibility.
