Up to 16384 samples of ADC (HD systems are limited by the hardware to the previous 4096 samples of ADC).

Support for 32 bit file formats.

Support for networked drives, including 3rd party offerings.

Yes and no - RTAS will still be supported in Pro Tools 10, but to integrate even better features Pro Tools will have to move to the new AAX format.

As of October 1st your eligible for free upgrade? This is bogus. I feel like I just bought 9, and a 100$ discount doesn't seem worthy of buying 10 when 11 will be here in 6 months. Ridiculous.

HD only is a bummer. I would have upped tp PT10 for that alone.

no it's not else the older tdm system would not be supported.

Can't wait to see what's in store in the next couple of months with the new plugins and all.
