Clearsonic Panels
Has anybody worked with those ? I'm planning to buy or build some gobos for a small/medium sized room (stone walls) that will be mainly used for drums and guitar amps. The Clearsonic panels are attractive and not too expensive....but are they useful? What about their Sorber baffles ?
Thanks for any help! Andi |

Re: Clearsonic Panels
I don't think I would use a plexiglass panel as a gobo in the studio. On Stage, sure, you want to "see" the drummer, but in the studio sound should trump visuals. I'd go with wood.
Build some nice gobos with wood on one side and foam or something on the other. You can flip some or all of them around to get variations in sound. |
