Can I download Pro Tools 12.8? [Educational license issue]

Hello.

I need to download Pro Tools 12.8 (i'm now running OS Sierra). When I go into my products on the main avid page I can see a downloader for Pro Tools 12.0 educational, however when I click 'show more' it only shows me a downloader for Pro Tools 12.3? Is this an issue with when I brought my license? Do the upgrades stop after 4 years straight away? I was under the assumption that if I received Pro Tools 12 within the 4 years upgrade service I would continue to receive all Pro Tools 12 updates until 13 comes out, if that makes sense?

I'm in the same situation..PT 12.8 does not appear in my accpunt. i think it just stop after 4 years

You only get the "point" updates if you keep your support plan active.
