I believe I'm having a similar issue with the surrender of the license for Pro Tools 11. I got the complete bundle but I don't have Pro Tools 11 HD, only PT 11 and I can't unlock the group in order to activate the license just for Pro Tools 11.
Some help will be appreciated! Thanks |

I just bought Eleven Rack + pro tools couple of days ago.
Ilok license manager shows blue flagged images on my products (pro tools hd 11 bundle) and it says "surrender the following": complete production toolkit <----???? what is that. If i click the complete-button i receive message: "one or more licenses to surrender cannot be found in your account" This is my first pro tools installation. |

I bought PT 11 + Mbox Pro but I have problems with the activation of the licenses and the transfer into the key iLock. The panel in first time returns iLok License Manager Error Summary. I reset and re installed iLok License Manager but now it seems even the iLok!
- ACTIONS REPORT I uninstalled PACE License Support Win32 (installed in previous 29/08/2013) PC Off / Restart Download latest iLok License Manager x 32-bit for Windows Vista (I'm activating the licenses with a different computer from the DAW that is 64-bit) unzip and install restart Open iLok License Manager I see my available licenses in the panel iLok License Manager does not see the iLok USB Closed iLok License Manager Changed USB port Open iLok License Manager / Signin it does not see the iLok USB I wait, maybe the system is unlocked after a while, but... nothing! Restart with the iLok inserted The iLok appears in iLok License Manager but is not active (gray)! I removed it from my account iLok License Manager from the panel via iLok Remove From Your I tried to turn it back on but d does not appear the functionality to reactivate I created a new iLok account Here, too, do not see the iLok USB I went back to the previous account and I'm stuck in this situation: - I see the licenses of Pro Tools 11 (panel iLok License Manager), but not the iLok USB What should I do? thanks
