Paid for ebook never arrived

Maybe the wrong place but I paid for Pro Tools 101 ebook on Acids Website, have the receipt through PayPal, but it never showed up in order history or products not yet downloaded in my Avid account. Chat bot would not connect me to a rep. No other recourse. Any advice

I checked your MyAvid account at account.avid.com and the Pro Tools 101: Pro Tools Fundamentals I 2020/21 ebook is listed there.

Log in at account.avid.com using your email address and password you created. Then select My Account > View My Products > Pro Tools 101: Pro Tools Fundamentals I 2020/21 ebook

There will be a URL listed you want to open in a browser and you can also select VIEW Software Download Links & Product Details to get the Download and activation instructions.
