Is a G4/350 fast enough for a Pro Tools system
or should I be looking at a faster machine? Also which HD should I have for the internel ATA or SCSI?

While the G4 350 is a fine machine for ProTools use it is important to determine which ProTools system are you interested in so that all compatibility considerations can be addressed. The compatibility documents for our TDM and host based processing systems can be found on line at http://www.digidesign.com/compat/index.html
