Does anyone know if the Digi Rack 003 is compatible with Protools 10 HD?

yes, but unclear if it will remain compatible in Pro Tools 11 and beyond, search here for many threads on this.

Yes, the 003 is compatible with 10HD(running the mixer version with 10HD in my studio now). Note that you must install the driver separately(its not part of the Pro Tools installer) and there are separate drivers for the rack version, and the controller version. I also have it from a trusted source that the 003's will continue to work with 11 when it hits(which won't be for at least 6 months anyway).

Yes and no, mainly no.
A 10HD iLok asset will operate with an 003 the same as non HD 10 with a CPTK.
10HD with HD hardware (HDX cards, Native cards, TDM cards) will not run with an 003.
