Help needed- Problem with Presonus Faderport and Pro Tools 8

I just purchased the Presonus Faderport. Set it up as per the instructions and told ProTools to use HUI, under peripherals, midi controllers.

Faderport only gives me very limited functionality. The fader does not work, the pan, mute, solo buttons do not work. In fact, the only things that seem to work is the basic Play, Rewind and FF as well as the ability to call up the Mix Window and Edit window.

But most everything does not work. Can anyone help?
