Default New Artist series serial numbers too long?

I just got two new MC mix's and an MC Control V2 - problem is I can't register them OR download the Eucon adapter for Nuendo as the Euphonix site and Steinbergs site say my 14 digit (letters and numbers) serial numbers are too long. Anyone else just bought the new AVID distributed ones and found this problem with their serials?

Cheers

sam

No reply from Euphonix to my support email I sent, no reply from avid/euphonix here either? Lucky steinberg jumped on my question in their forum right away and provided me with a solution for the eucon license so I could work today :)

See the solution I found with 14 character serial numbers in this thread
http://duc.avid.com/showthread.php?t=290417
Turned out 6th character was number "0" and not letter "O". And do not leave space between first 6 and second 8 group of characters as it is written on unit.
Hopefully this is the same problem you are having

Euphonix/avid have updated their sites to allow the new serials since some time ago now. Even if you bought used you should find a serial number on the box and on the bottom of unit itself....

The Eucon Adapter ,is an Licence asset that gets deposited on a Syncrosoft Key.
You should get in contact with the seller, and he should surrender/transfer his account over to you
