Certain samples won't work

Hi all,

I have written a piece of music but the gong and cymbal parts won't sound for some reason.
I am using EastWest QL Symphonic Gold and I've assigned all the voices etc from the midi file (from Sibleius 7) but the previously mentioned parts just won't sound.
I've tried assigning different voices but for some reason I still get nothing.

Any suggestions?
