Default Track print glitch in 6.4 fixed in latest version?

I'm running 6.4 LE/002 Rack on a PC. If I take a printed track and run it out of the analog output and back into the analog input, it will print the new track about 51 to 56 samples late depending on whatever sample rate is being used. Has this been corrected in the latest version?
