Default How to remove Avid Family 003 driver

Im trying to remove the driver i have no idea how to.I thought i removed it but my itunes is still playing through the driver..

Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features

You should just be able to change it to play out the built-in (internal) speaker by selecting it in either of these:
  • Apple Menu > System Preferences > Sound > Output
  • Go > Applications > Utilities > Audio MIDI Setup > Audio Devices
What OS version do you have installed?

What version of the Driver did you install?

The Driver files on Mac are documented here:

i followed those steps it still there avid 003 rack..Before it would say digi003 and the core audio app would open..Its not any more and i cant open pt 8..It seems to the new driver is causing spikes in logic x and system overload messages which never happen in logic x
