Account Renewal Problem

I recently renewed my pro tools subscription. It ran out this week. I have a project that needs to get done this weekend and I am trying to sort out this problem. My iLok is saying that there is no subscription. Is there anything I can do?

Please check if your auto-renewal option is activated on your Avid Account.
Also, a support case is already on going, please check your Email for more info. Webstore reps already sent an Email.
