Default Song 3 mins, PT session 117

My song is 3 minutes (110 bars) long. Somehow ProTools has decided it is 117 minutes (4106 bars) long.

Can I fix it and how???

This sort of happened to me once. If you use the loop record function, and select the main region, PTLE strings all the takes together. If you click on the region, say it says Guitar 1 in loop record it will say Guitar 1_1, then Guitar 1_2 and so forth if you just select Guitar 1, you'll get all the takes lined up, therefore adding unwanted bars and time to the song. Just check your song over for anything like that.

Im glad this post was posted. I never thought of that. Good so the session can be more restricted as far as zooming out too far.

Also Finne,
To shave off the excess measures after the song...go into Shuffle Mode, highlight all the excess measures you don't want(do this up in the Timeline so ALL tracks are blackened out), then get into Grid Mode, and hit Delete.
