Strike hats and crash not playing (different problems)

Has anybody had the problem of hats (or another channel) stop playing? That is no sound on the levels in Strike. When I play a note on the keyboard it's fine.

Another problem I've found is the crash not sounding on its own channel even when played manually, but unlike with the hats, it's does come through on the Overheads etc.

Any help or acknowledgment of a fault appreciated.
