Default Fast Track Pro not recognized

Since I formatted my PC, Windows doesn't list my Fast Track Pro on the Device Manager and doesn't try to install it's driver. I, however, downloaded the latest one, but it shows me this message: "Hardware Not Connected".

More Details:
-After the first formatting (this is the second one), turning the FTP on would result in a Blue Screen. Eventually I managed to make it work once, but it had some sort of clicking noise. After I rebooted my PC, the Blue Screen came back.

-My USB controllers on the Device Manager have that yellow triangle thingy, but it fails to install it's drivers.

Please help me

Default Re: Fast Track Pro not recognized

Does the USB "Controller" have a yellow exclamation mark, or a USB "device" have a yellow question mark? If it is the controller, then it is a PC issue not a Fast Track problem. Also, are you connecting the Fast Track to a USB 3 port? If so try a USB 2.

Can you post your full system specs:http://duc.avid.com/showthread.php?t=336556

I am connecting on a USB 2.

And yes, it has two USB Controllers with a yellow exclamation mark, but it fails to install the driver. No devices are shown.
