Default Running out of CPU Power

Hi All, I am constantly getting the message, running out of CPU power and I only recording 2-5 tracks. It is getting very frustrating. I also get static 5-55 minutes after working in pro tools.

I have optimized my system shut off network (except now while I type this) Sandar Report is below. I am running processors, dedicated hardrive...

Please help this is annoying. Thanks!!!

For LE software, an inexpensive ATI card with 256MB RAM would be fine.
