Default Jam 6 PT 6.9 mac error -39

A brand new user to PT 6.9 HD3. Old hand at PT free and Jam 5.
Problem, while trying to burn a 59 minute sdII file 44.1K(open disc image as) in Jam6 I got a mac error -39. Can't seem to find anything at Roxios site/Apple or PT. I did see an user posting with crossfades at roxios site but I was doing a split file (separate regions for ID points )only. It didn't mention the specific error code and was vague at best
Any thoughts?
Thanks
