Will Someone from Customer Support Please Respond to This?!!
Hi Guys,
I am currently having a problem with my Mbox 3rd Gen which I bought less than a year ago, the problem is explained in the following thread: http://duc.avid.com/showthread.php?t=315558 I want to know why no one from customer support is responding to the thread. We can not make direct contact with you guys and you don't respond to the forum threads!!! I checked AVID's website and the upgrade to Pro Tools 10 is about 400 Euros including the iLok. Am I expected to pay this ridiculous amount of money to upgrade to PT10 within less than a year of purchasing the Mbox??!?!?! It's not my problem that you gave me a version of PT that will be incompatible with the new mac OS. It's actually the price of a new Mbox! Do you expect me to pay twice the Mbox's worth to get it to work on my new mac?! Will someone please respond to me, this is unbelievable!!!! Thank you. |
