DAE ERROR -1146

I'm running Protools HD 7.3.1cs2 on a creation station PC from sweetwater built for HD. The system has not been on for 3 days I have to finishing mixing a project and I get this error on startup... There is nothing in the answerbase about this error... I'm in crunch time now so any help from anyone would really be helpful...
