Default No sound from MBox 2

My Mbox 2 is no longer working properly. The LEDs all light up, the "pop" is heard from the headphone/monitor output when the device is connected, and a "pop" is heard through the outputs when phantom power etc. is pressed. Never the less, there is no audio playback whether I'm playing it through PT 8, iTunes or whatever.

Everything is set to default, I've tried reinstalling everything, updated firmware (1.43). Meters are bouncing in PT, everything is working as usual, except for the fact that there is no sound.

I've tried different usb cables, different computers - same problem. I've tried on my macbook running OSX 10.5.8 and my PC running Windows 7 (my normal 003 rig).

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanx!

I'm confused you said you heard a pop.....or you still hear the pop when you turn those things on?

Haha... weak "s" key... I edited my post. "A pop is heard"... always was, still is.

i know it sounds obvious but did you try the mix knob? Other than that if you have done all the standard troubleshooting id say this would be a a good time to call support. make sure you have done ALL of the standard trouble shooting though.

Yeah... I've checked the mix knob, along with everything else I could possibly think of. I think you're right, and that it may be time to call support. I was just hoping that someone might have had the same issue, and knew what the problem was. Thanks though!

Anyone?
