playhead not jumping to cursor/selection while playing song back

Hi everybody
I installed 2019.5 ultimate a few days ago and remarked a new behaviour:
in V. 2018, I could click with the cursor anywhere in any track while playing the song and the song continued playing from there. Now in V.2019.5, nothing happens: the insertion line is positioned correct, but the playhead is not picking up this position. I have to stop, position and click the cursor, then press spacebar again and the songs plays from that point.
I enabled Dynamic transpoprt plus edit and timeline selection are linked. Insertion follows playback on or off doesn't change this behavoiur.
Did I miss something or any setting ? Or is this due to the new capabilities of "noninterrupted playback" while editing, creating tracks and so on ?
Any help appreciated.

Are you using any Eucon devices? Heard there was a playhead/playback bug floating around in the update. Personally have not encountered it

Yes, using mc mix and mc transport.
But with all devices disconnected and after quiting EuControl app... PT behaves still the same way as I described...
