where are codes?

I have been having some difficulty trying to get any kind of support because every time I have to fill out a form it asks for serial/activation codes. But all the codes are inside ilok. I dont see anyway of accessing them. It doesnt appear that you can?? Please help

There should have been a yellowish card with a sserial number and registration code in the box or on your receipt.

First off how did you get Pro Tools? Was it just the program or as part of a bundle with an interface? When I got my 11 Rack last year it also came bundled with Pro Tools 10. There was a yellow card with a serial number on it and that was for registering the 11 Rack. The serial number for Pro Tools was on a credit card sized black/purple card that was glued inside a cardboard cd-sized box. There was no actual cd in it as PT was a download.

If you just purchased PT as a download you should have gotten an email with the serial number in it.
