Help Getting Started
Hey guys I was told to come to this section of the forum, I just bought a Mix Core Card and downloaded PT 6.4.1. Now whenever I go to open up PT a warning pops up and says something about a “NeoAccess.dll” so when I click ok it says “File.dll” is not found. Another thing I was wondering is there a Driver Download for the Mix Core Card? I am running Windows XP a fresh version at that. So is there something I am doing wrong here? Should I be doing something else? I just need help getting it up and running and maybe this post may help some in the future that may have the same problem. Thank you for you time.

Hello Mike,
Yes, the TDM area of the DUC is where you want to be. However, for best results, you need to post in the “Pro Tools|HD Systems on Windows” sub-area. Good luck.
