USB MIDI and Digi002 Rack

I have been using my Oxygen 8 Midi keyboard for quite awhile through the USB port. I'd prefer to continue using it that way, but I notice my new digi002 has a MIDI port. So far, I haven't been able to figure out how to get the Protools MIDI setup to recognize the Oxygen through USB. Can this be done? If so, clear directions are much appreciated.
