Something still seems funky here and I wish I was at your computer to solve it. But, try this:
Open Setup>IO>Input tab Add a new path(or 2) and see if you can link(with the grid by adding connections the way you see on the Output tab). It certainly looks like the Mbox is seen and selected, but I am at a loss on why its not listed on either Input or Output tabs If you post the city where you live, maybe one of the smart(smarter than me) folks that lives in your town would be willing to make a house call?
