Default Transfer of ownership of HD3 cards...

Hi. I recently purchased a set of HD3 cards that I would like to transfer them to my name. I have the form filled out and signed by the former owner. I scanned it and tried to upload it to the avid.force.com link, but every time I try, it tells me Im not logged in and as far as I can tell it doesnt accept the information I have typed in/uploaded. Can anyone give me a heads up on how to log into that site, or how to make an account? Id really like to have these cards in my name.

Thanks.

Start here, just to get setup on the Avid website:
  1. Go to www.avid.com
  2. Click on Sign In/Register
  3. Create an Avid Master Account
Your Avid Master Account is separate from the Avid Pro Audio Community forum registration.

Then I would recommend contacting Avid Support through the registration case page here:

http://avid.force.com/Support/RegistrationCaseCreation

Enter the serial number of your HD core card where it asks for your Serial number or activation ID.

In the last field, browse to a PDF or image scan of your Transfer of Ownership form.

Let me know if that all works or not.

I linked my accounts, but for some reason it still says I am not logged in. Is there a phone number I can call to transfer these? Maybe an email address?

Thanks.

Check your email junk mail or spam folder for an email from Avid CS. They said they would contact you earlier today.
