Default Pro Tools SE disk doesn't read

So I just bought the Producer USB mic and the disk it came with wont read. I am running windows 7 ultimate 64 bit. I really didn't spend $100 for it not to work. I read online that others are having this issue but I haven't found any solutions. Can anyone please help me out. Thank you in advanced

Default Re: Pro Tools SE disk doesn't read

Are you able to try the DVD in an alternative computer to verify that it is a DVD problem?
