Default M-Audio Oxygen 49 Won't detect

Hi,

I have just installed Pro Tools First 12.8.2 on Windows 10 for the first time but my Oxygen 49 keyboard isn't showing up. It is happily detected by Windows 10 and appears in Device Manager, it also says that the latest drivers are installed, but it won't show up in the program...Setup -> Midi Input Devices.

I am completely new to this software but an advanced PC/Tech user (15 years in IT). I have scoured the other Menu options and am lost as to how to get the device to show up. I have run this device under Reason about a year ago on the same laptop (Acer Aspire V5-571G), that might have been on Windows 7 though.

Any help greatly appreciated.
